Prices are subject to change without prior notice
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors
All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise stated

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
If you change your mind after ordering your product online, please cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase.
Payment must be made through our accepted payment methods
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Please note:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed (Inside Dhaka 24-48 hours, Outside Dhaka 2-4 days)
Shipping costs may apply depending on location and order value
You must provide accurate delivery information
In case of home delivery, products of any weight can be delivered up to the 2nd floor. But in case of a higher height, up to 15 kg of the product will be subject to the existing delivery charge; if more than this, an extra cost of Tk 10 will be applicable for every additional 5 kg of weight. However, if there is a lift, no extra charge will be applicable

7. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy includes:

Please return the product with your sales invoice within 7 days of purchase if it is defective, damaged or has a quality problem
Only 48 hours will be applicable for perishable food items
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If you purchase the product at an offer price, your refund/ replacement/ adjustment will be based on that offer price.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kenakata Family Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

When using our platform, you agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
Upload or transmit any harmful or malicious content
Impersonate any person or entity

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khati Ponner Dokan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
